# General Light:
Responsible for uniform illumination of the space, often ceiling, and preferably two or more points of light, one of them will focus on the dining area, where the light will have to be more intense and focused as we need other lighting for zone sofas and tv, the more dispersed and that will not cause glare to those who are on the couch!
# Luz Directa:
# Direct light:
To highlight objects of decoration such as art, paintings, sculptures or picture frames ...
Normally used or embedded projectors or external projectors and applied to the wall or ceiling (often with halogen light, bright and intense)!

# Luz Indirecta:
# Indirect Light:
My favorite, ideal for creating a relaxing environment, especially for watching television.
Always keep this lighting while watching television because usually like to turn off all other light sources, and this need has to do with our retina, the retina needs to have some lighting beyond the light of the tv to acclimatise to space low light and not having to open and close very quickly in adapting. (this is what usually happens when we have those horrible headaches).
So the ideal is to use a desk lamp or standing with Abatjour, giving a very comfortable and diffuse lighting.

# Luz Complementar:
# Supplementary Light:
Ideal for reading corners or work.
You can use abatjoures side of the arm or side of the couch. Or, use Abatjour on a sideboard. It is a very decorative piece and diffuse illumination can further enhance the space.

The lighting for work at a desk, you must be very focused on the work plan, such as desk lamps that are oscillating and adaptable, will always be the most appropriate for your vision.

LIuminância level for reading and writing: 500 lux
Color temperature:
2.700k for relaxation (more "yellow" light and comfortable to our vision)
4.000k greater attention to tasks, reading and writing. (more "white" light to higher concentration)
We can deduce therefore that light best suited to our home is more "yellow"
But in certain fixtures can put a more "white" light,
but please, never light "blue" is terrible for your vision!
I hope these tips are very useful you think your lighting!
